We felt the deal was very fair.
We were referred by a friend to this dealership. We checked them out online www.Offleaseonly.com and found the sales offer straight forward complete with Car Fax and priced significantly below market. If you can get comfortable with buying a car that has been in an accident, this is EXACTLY where you want to save yourself a tidy sum. The scene was lively, reminding me of a press room carnival atmosphere complete with complimentary cook out, music and golf carts whizzing you to desired vehicle out on the lot. All of the kids were with us and it worked out great. They have a huge selection of newer model cars. Don't get hung up on the tiny things such as all of the spit and polish found at traditional dealerships; our car came with no car manual, non-manufacturer car mats, and one or two other minor items. However, the value of the deal was not to be surpassed!! Francisco, a.k.a. Frank, Ortiz did a great job of presenting the vehicle getting my wife comfortable with the deal, overcoming any of our objections with information and a forthright sales technique. The used car salesman moniker did not apply here. Frank was great! The Dreaded Finance Guy, was not so dreaded. David from Denmark was very comfortable to speak with and was artful in how the deal was structured. Although there was a focus on the monthly payment vs. the details of the deal forward to the bottom line ending up at the payment, David offered a reasonable finance rate (one will never know their retention). David briskly moved us through the process after the details of the deal were negotiated, keeping in mind the kids were sitting outside waiting. We felt the deal was very fair. Tip: Take the additional warranty. Final Assessment if you buy a car anywhere else. You are throwing money to the wind. Come take advantage of a great buying experience and come out with a great value on a car. Ask for Frank Ortiz and David from Denmark as the team to get it done.
